Delays in providing approvals, information, access, or required materials may affect event timelines, availability, or cost.
8. Changes to Event Requirements
Changes requested after a proposal, quotation, or scope has been agreed may affect pricing, timelines, supplier availability, production requirements, and delivery.
Additional work, equipment, staffing, services, or modifications may be charged separately where they fall outside the agreed scope.
9. Payments and Deposits
Payment terms, deposit requirements, due dates, and accepted payment methods will be stated in the relevant quotation, invoice, proposal, or agreement.

Any applicable cancellation or rescheduling terms will be set out in the relevant agreement or quotation.
11. Third-Party Suppliers
Event delivery may involve venues, entertainers, technical suppliers, decorators, florists, production partners, transport providers, caterers, security providers, or other third parties.
While Avion Events may coordinate these parties as part of an event, certain services remain subject to the availability, operating conditions, policies, and performance of the relevant third-party provider.
12. Venue Rules and Permissions
Events may be subject to venue rules, building regulations, authority approvals, access restrictions, sound limits, safety requirements, permits, and other conditions outside the direct control of Avion Events.
Clients agree to cooperate with reasonable venue and regulatory requirements necessary for the safe and lawful delivery of the event.
13. Event Safety
Avion Events takes event safety seriously and may require compliance with venue, technical, production, crowd management, and other safety procedures.
We reserve the right to modify or stop an activity where continuing would create an unreasonable safety risk, breach venue requirements, or violate applicable regulations.

Avion Events will not be responsible for delays, changes, or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.
These circumstances may include severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, public emergencies, venue closures, transportation disruption, labour disputes, supplier failures, power interruptions, acts of terrorism, civil disturbance, or other unforeseen events.
Where possible, we will work with the client to identify reasonable alternatives or revised arrangements.

Unless otherwise agreed, Avion Events may request permission to use selected event imagery or footage for portfolio, website, gallery, social media, promotional, or marketing purposes.
Confidential events, restricted content, or specific media requirements should be communicated before the event and documented where necessary.
